Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Domestic & International Sales Process)
Location:Work from Office
Shift: Day or Night Shift (Candidates can choose based on preference)
Salary: 14,000 to 35,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential customers through Inbound & outbound calls, emails, and other sales tools to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Identify and understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Handle both domestic and international sales processes effectively.
4. Develop strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the team and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
8. Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers to close deals and drive revenue.
9. Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, ensuring excellent performance in both day and night shifts.

Desired candidate profile:

Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Comfortable working in day or night shifts (shift preference can be selected).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and/or Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.

A positive attitude and a team player.

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Must be comfortable with on-site working (Work From Office).

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
