1. The candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, architecture, or any related field.

2. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the architecture or construction industry are preferred.

3. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful sales and business development achievements.

4. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. The candidate should have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

6. The candidate should know the architecture and construction industry, including government tender processes and bidding.

7. The candidate should be proficientt in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
