Key responsibilities:

1. Recruiting high-quality prospective insurance advisors and ensuring that they acquire licensing to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
2. Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales targets set by the company. Provide on-the-job training, and manage and monitor the performance of the advisors.
3. Managing relationships with stakeholders.
4. Maintaining persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to achieve overall team profitability.
