Sales & Marketing Manager Fresher Job

Best Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Is start up in Construction solutions company that leverages technology to provide an enhanced procurement experience for all players in the construction ecosystem. We at Best Infra Solutions, aim to provide the one -stop solution for the construction requirements and support our customers in their infrastructure journey by providing quality building materials.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and market construction materials like construction chemicals, road safety items, lighting fixtures, solar products, etc., to infrastructure companies through social media marketing, e-commerce, digital sales, mail communication, and cold calling
2. Drive new business development from existing and new customers, ensuring achievement of business targets for the territory/region
3. Conduct B2B sales, including cold calling for business development
4. Organize and manage all official meetings
5. Handle all activities related to marketing and business development
6. Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sales potential
7. Enhance consumer experience by ensuring the resolution of complaints within the defined timelines
8. Manage sales collection and outstanding overdue accounts
9. Travel in metro cities to develop and maintain relationships with clients

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
2. Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, video editing, and graphic design using Canva
3. 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing and business development
4. Ability to communicate effectively via email and other modes as required
5. Strong drive and ability to achieve sales targets
6. Good verbal and communication skills, with proficiency in English language and dialects

Office Timing: 10 AM to 6.30 PM, Six days working.
