Sales & Operation Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination and management of various leagues. This includes player management, referees, and ensuring everything is running according to SOPs and checklists laid down by the company.
2. Researching into setting up new leagues and events in your respective city. (Pricing, venues, players, etc.)
3. Contacting players and academies for our upcoming leagues and being our first line of contact.
4. Ensure that the promotions, collaterals, and team content have been updated and shared across all platforms
5. Create and drive continuous improvement by reaching out to teams and clubs for various sports.
6. Develop modules to expand leagues (different sports) across the city.

Requirements

1. Communication skills (High priority) Should be able to communicate clearly and fluently in English & Kannada (other languages are a bonus)
2. Should be willing to work odd hours on event days
3. Should have an idea about sports leagues and event management (Football, Cricket,
Badminton)
4. Willing to work in a start-up environment
5. Initiative-driven to take ideas and implement them
