Sales Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Order Processing:
1. Processing sales orders, creating shipment paperwork, and ensuring they are accurately packed.

b. Dispatch Management:
1. Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of products to customers, dealers, and/or Amazon fulfillment centers.
2. Monitoring, tracking, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
3. Handling any issues or delays in the dispatch & delivery process.
4. Providing support to customers/ sales team and addressing inquiries or concerns related to orders and deliveries.
5. Entering estimated and actual shipping charges as and when invoices are available.
6. Resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments.

c. Inventory Audit:
1. Conducting regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
2. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in-stock quantities.

d. Process Improvement:
1. Identifying areas where processes can be streamlined and improved.
2. Implementing new processes or tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales operations.

e. Collaboration and Reporting:
1. Collaborating with various teams such as sales, QC, and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
2. Maintaining effective communication and cooperation to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
3. Preparing reports for management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
