Key responsibilities:

1. Support the sales team in managing and organizing client data and sales records
2. Assist in the execution of sales communication strategies through WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
3. Coordinate with team members to schedule client meetings and manage sales follow-ups
4. Contribute to the optimization of sales processes and procedures for greater efficiency
5. Help in preparing sales reports and analytics to inform strategy decisions
