Sales Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling many outbound calls & upselling to customers and clients.
2. Calling clients to encourage the purchase of items.
3. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
4. Noting important details of each conversation.
5. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
6. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
7. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
8. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
9. Working to achieve the KPIs set by the sales head.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months.
3. Ability to engage and build long-term relationships with prospects.
4. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
5. Proven experience as an insurance sales representative.
6. Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings.
7. Goal-oriented, excellent skills in communication and presentation.
8. Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, life, property, medical, etc.
