As a 'Sales representative', you will have the opportunity to work with a leading food company and be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with retail shops, wholesalers, and modern trade FMCG outlets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Retail store visits: Regularly visit assigned retail stores in the area to present CNN Foods' products, including our beverage and honey offerings.
2. Product sampling: Provide product samples to store managers/owners to encourage trial and demonstrate product quality.
3. Order generation: Secure and process orders from retail stores, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
4. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and key decision-makers to enhance product placement and visibility.
5. Product placement: Ensure that CNN Foods' products are prominently displayed and well-stocked on store shelves. Provide feedback on product placement and shelf conditions.
6. Market intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help inform sales strategies and product development.
7. Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of store visits, product samples distributed, and orders placed. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
8. Customer support: Address any issues or concerns raised by retail stores regarding product quality, delivery, or other aspects of the service.
9. Promotional activities: Support in-store promotions and events, and provide recommendations for local marketing opportunities to boost product visibility and sales.
