We are seeking an experienced operation executive who is adept at inquiry processing, proficient in B2B markets and has extensive knowledge of the Dubai travel industry. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding customer demands and preferences and creating personalized travel itineraries.
Key responsibilities:
1. Attending day-to-day activities in a highly professional and sufficient way
2. Responding to all agents' inquiries on time with high professionalism, well-presented offers, full needed information, and the most competitive rates to materialize maximum business
3. Receiving the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files on the internal system
4. Ensuring that all work is executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each file s requirements
5. Arranging accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding, and other related services, according to client itinerary
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
