About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting the salesperson in preparing sales proposals, and presentations.
2. Generating leads and cold-calling.
3. Assisting sales staff on client servicing.
4. Devising proposals with the advice of account managers whenever required.
5. Calling new clients & fixing meetings.
6. Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising industry (will be trained if they don't know).
7. Following up of PO &, payments, invoices delivery. To be coordinated with the accounts department at head office.
8. Managing internal communications - commercial, accounts, and various departments.
