We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Tele-caller to join our team. The Sales Tele- caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services, answer their inquiries, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts or talking points.
Introduce company products or services to potential customers and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Identify and address customer concerns or objections to encourage them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer databases with relevant information.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
