1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri.) or Animal Husbandry (B.Sc. Animal Husbandry).
2. Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting; a valid driver’s license is advantageous.
3. Willingness to live and work in a rural setting, with familiarity in the local language being a plus.
