About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the development of sales in the assigned territory
2. Increase the existing outlet base by adding new outlets
3. Execute the consumer onboarding program as per the Godrej Jersey norms
4. Leverage trade marketing inputs (schemes/activation) effectively to drive sales
5. Analyze internal and external data, and collaborate with different functions to achieve growth

Note:

1. You will be in a traineeship for 6 months. After successful completion, you will be converted into a full-time employee with the specified salary package and benefits
2. Travel allowance will be provided, in addition to your compensation, during the traineeship and after transitioning to full-time employment
3. Performance-based incentives will be offered after conversion to full-time employment

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 /year
