About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).
2. Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies.
3. Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value.
4. Product Demos and Presentations: Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and use cases that resonate with customer needs.
5. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
6. Customer Onboarding: Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.
7. Building Long-Term Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

3. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales goals.

4. Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and best practices.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

7. In-depth knowledge of your assigned SaaS product and its functionalities.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
