About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
2. Control the budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise the security officers and guards.
4. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
5. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
6. Coordinate with the staff, when responding to emergencies and alarms.
7. Review reports on incidents and breaches.
8. Investigate and resolve issues.
9. Create reports for management on security status.
10. Analyse data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).

Skills:

1. Proven experience as a security head, manager, or similar position.

2. Should be self-disciplined and ensure discipline in the team.

3. Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV, communication devices)

4. Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.

5. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

6. Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.

7. Working knowledge of MS Office to prepare reports and track status

8. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

9. Committed and reliable.

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
