Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
2. Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring LetsDressUp remains an employer of choice in the fashion industry
3. Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring
4. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring the successful onboarding of new employees and managing the talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs
5. Champion employee training and development initiatives, identifying skills gaps and implementing tailored programs to enhance individual and team capabilities
6. Lead the performance management process, providing guidance on goal-setting, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
7. Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, proactively managing risk and handling employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity
