Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide details about courses and services
2. Counsel students and parents on program benefits, admissions, and career prospects
3. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system
5. Resolve doubts and provide clear guidance to ensure a smooth admission process

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
2. Ability to engage and counsel potential clients effectively
3. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving enrollment targets
4. Ability to handle high call volumes and follow up efficiently
5. Graduation is required
6. Prior experience in tele-counseling or sales preferred
