About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source potential candidates on niche platforms
2. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
3. Interview candidates combining various methods (eg structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
4. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
5. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

1. Salary: 10,000.00 to 30,000 per month
2. Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
3. Working days: 5 days working
