Sarvam Foundation is looking for a talented and dedicated 'Social Media Marketing & Graphic Design Professional' to help us share our mission of empowering marginalized girls and making a difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design engaging graphics and visuals for our social media platforms, website, and newsletters that reflect our mission and values.
2. You will be required to manage all social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc). Develop engaging and informative content calendars for each platform.
3. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetics across all platforms.
4. You should update yourself on the current algorithm by collecting and analyzing data to understand audience demographics, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.
5. Updating yourself on social media trends and adapting content creation and posting strategies accordingly.
6. Exploring potential monetization avenues for Sarvam Foundation's YouTube channel.
7. You need to post regularly on social media platforms through interactive posts, videos, and reels.
8. Supervising and collaborating with our interns to ensure that the content aligns with the organizational values and objectives.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
2. Innovative design skills and a passion for creating meaningful visual content.
3. Experience in managing social media platforms and crafting content that resonates with diverse audiences.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and stakeholders.
5. Abackground in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but a genuine passion for our cause is essential.
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Sarvam Shakti, a flagship project of the Sarvam Foundation, is a unique and empowering educational program for urban slum girls.
