Senior Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
3. Utilize MS-Excel/CRM to track and analyze call data, client feedback, and sales performance metrics
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for client acquisition and retention
5. Provide regular updates to the management team on call metrics, client feedback, and sales progress
7. Continuously improve communication skills, product knowledge, and understanding of client needs to enhance overall sales performance
