Senior Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on lead generation and cold calling: Identifying potential customers such as contractors, distributors, and retailers, and initiating contact to promote the company's PVC conduit products.
2. Handling customer relationship management: Maintaining existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met, addressing queries, and offering product support to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Working on order processing: Taking orders over the phone, confirming details, and coordinating with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
4. Handling product promotion: Explaining the features, benefits, and technical specifications of PVC conduit pipes to potential customers, and persuading them to choose the company's products over competitors.
5. Working on follow-ups and feedback collection: Conducting follow-up calls to check on customer satisfaction, solicit feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Working on record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, orders, and other relevant details for future reference and reporting.
7. Meeting sales targets: Working towards individual and team sales targets, helping to increase revenue and market penetration for the company.
8. Handling complaints: Addressing customer complaints or issues related to product quality, delivery, or service, and ensuring that concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
