About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide product/service information.
2. Follow scripts to engage with leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
3. Address customer queries and provide solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
