Service Advisor Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction & service coordination: Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, create job cards and schedule appointments.
2. Estimate preparation & approval: Provide accurate service estimates, explain them to customers, and obtain approvals for repairs before proceeding.
3. Customer communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional services needed.
4. Customer satisfaction & complaint handling: Ensure high customer satisfaction, address concerns, and follow up after service completion.
5. Team collaboration & record keeping: Work closely with technicians and management, and maintain accurate service records.
