Your role will be crucial in helping these students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. With your expertise in teaching and psychology, you will be able to provide personalized support tailored to each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessing children's skills and learning requirements
2. Developing tailored teaching plans
3. Designing monthly plans as per the child's needs and requirements
4. Assess students' abilities and craft teaching plans and adapt learning materials to students' needs
5. Keep track of and reflect on students' progress
6. Monitor children's behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
7. Inform parents about their children's performance and potential problems
8. Collaborate with the support staff (e.g. school counsellors and speech therapists) to create holistic intervention plans
9. Using audiovisual materials and computers to stimulate interest and learning.
10. Planning and delivering lessons, setting, and marking assignments.
