This role involves managing the back office operations related to our shoots, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, a good understanding of content creation, and proficiency in using Excel for tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Align and manage the shoot calendar.
2. Ensure all scripts, props, and products are available for shoots.
3. Coordinate influencer attire and looks.
4. Upload shoot data to the drive and share it with editors.
5. Oversee shoots to ensure proper execution and script adherence.
6. Create daily shoot reports.
7. Identify and negotiate with new content creators.
