Site Engineer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating, planning, and leading Design, Review, Co-ordination & and execution of management activities with the Client & and internal drafting team
2. Conduct design workshops with selected OEM/SI, Contractor and Client on various identified design requirements
3. Review all gathered design requirements in the workshops and formulate a design framework
4. Design comprising Functional requirement specifications, system requirement specifications, performance requirements, System and network topology, Bill of Quantities, data centre, IT room, spare requirements for Security and ELV package
5. Do high-level/Low-level design requirements, cyber security framework, testing strategy, failover strategies and Integration requirement strategies
6. Maintaining Healthy relationships with the clients and contractors while coordinating their needs, and requirements with concerned teams for resolution and delivery of services.
7. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
8. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
9. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
10. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
11. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
12. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
13. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
14. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
15. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
16. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements: Electronics / Electronics & Telecom Engineer with REVIT Modelling knowledge
