3. Create forums for meaningful interactions between stakeholders
4. Facilitate community-led initiatives, participatory planning processes, and grassroots organizing efforts to address local needs and empower marginalized groups
5. They can help design and implement comprehensive social programs that address community needs effectively.
6. Oversee program budgets, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliance and the achievement of project goals, etc.
