As our social media content creator & writer, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's online identity. Your words, ideas, and creativity will directly represent Futureal across all social media platforms, making you an integral part of our success story. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience. However, we also welcome more experienced professionals who are excited about the challenge of significantly growing a startup's social media presence from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
1. Become the digital voice of Futureal, creating and curating all content for our social media channels
2. Create engaging, high-quality content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for all social media platforms
4. Draft compelling blogs on behalf of the founder and maintain their personal social media presence
5. Design and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts
6. Collaborate closely with the founder and other team members to align content with company goals and values
7. Monitor social media trends and adapt our strategy accordingly
8. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports
9. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to exponentially grow our online presence

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
0-2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing (internships count!)
2. More experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply if they're passionate about startup growth
3. Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
4. Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
5. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software
