Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients
2. Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategy
4. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage social media interactions
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
6. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos
7. Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns
8. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
9. Coordinate with clients to understand their social media needs and objectives

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2. Have 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role

3. Be proficient in social media platforms and tools, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google My Business

4. Exhibit strong writing, editing, and communication skills

5. Have experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar

6. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Possess a creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends

8. Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry is a plus

9. Display excellent client-handling skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,60,000 /year
