Key responsibilities:
1. Registering the worker's informal workers and bhangarwalas
2. Scanning, tracking, and maintaining the record of existing government documents and also assisting workers to apply for the documents.
3. Mapping the existing schemes related to the waste workers.
4. Making SHG Group of the registered workers.
5. Working capacity building and procurement from informal sectors, GP (Gram Panchayat) as well as commercial sectors.
6. Monitoring all social commercial activity.
7. Arranging programs according to situations and needs which includes Health camp, Literacy camp, organizing picnics, or different activities.
8. Training on Workplace Safety: On machinery, PPE, and Working Hygiene
9. Responsibility for taking the bills and vouchers and updating them in the given sheet.
