Key responsibilities:
1. Become a delivery role model for the team, prioritizing successful delivery as a top criterion
2. Participate actively in code reviews and design decisions to enhance overall code quality
3. Serve as the go-to expert for the Furrl Technology stack
4. Ensure that proper security measures are integrated into design and development processes
5. Lead by example in documenting system architecture and decision-making processes
6. Engage with engineers and product managers to define contracts and product behaviors
