Key responsibilities:

1. Refine conceptual ideas into designs aligned with manufacturing standards
2. Utilize advanced Solidworks skills for precise 3D modeling, simulation, and validation
3. Create detailed 2D drawings with manufacturing specifications
4. Apply mechanical design expertise to ensure functional and reliable products
5. Generate integrated CAD models for components and systems
6. Optimize design feasibility using fabrication techniques knowledge
7. Collaborate with design tools and software to elevate design quality
8. Utilize expertise to design molds for added advantage
9. Prototype, iterate, and validate design concepts for optimal functionality
10. Ensure cost-effective manufacturing through DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles
11. Resolve technical challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams
12. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for product launches

Technical Skills and Expertise (1+ years):

1. Proficiency in Solidworks: Part, Sub-assemblies, and large assemblies
2. Expertise in 3D Design, 2D Drawing, and template development
3. Knowledgeable in Mechanical Design Principles and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
