Special Educator Fresher Job

We are seeking a passionate and experienced special educator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children and their families to develop individualized learning plans, implement tailored teaching strategies, and foster a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement 'Individualized Education Programs' (IEPs) for children with special needs.
2. Use evidence-based teaching strategies to address the cognitive, social, and emotional development of students.
3. Collaborate with therapists (speech, occupational, and behavioural) to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
4. Conduct assessments to monitor progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
5. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates and guidance.
6. Maintain detailed records of student progress and activities.
