Special Educator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide direct client care in 1:5 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
2. Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
3. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
4. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
5. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
6. Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
7. Maintain client confidentiality.
8. Assist Lead Behavioral Technician, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed.
9. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
10. Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents, caregivers and outside professionals
11. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.

Process:

ABA Training: Candidates will undergo ABA training. Upon clearing the assessment, they will receive a confirmation and an appointment letter. Duration of training - 2 weeks
Preschool Training & Observation: Simultaneously, candidates will undergo preschool training, observation, and shadowing at the center. Once all steps are completed, they will be deployed at the center as per the requirement and will receive the designation of Special Educator.
