Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
3. Utilize evidence-based techniques to address challenges like speech delay,
4. stuttering, articulation disorders, and language comprehension.
5. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
6. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
7. Provide guidance to parents on at-home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy.

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Greater Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field.

Valid license or certification as a Speech Therapist.

Experience working with children with speech and language delays, Autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
