Role Overview:
As a 'Spiritual Advisor', you will be responsible for guiding customers in selecting Rudraksha, both online and offline. Your role will involve understanding clients' spiritual needs and suggesting appropriate Rudraksha solutions to help them achieve their personal and spiritual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide spiritual guidance and advice to customers regarding the selection and use of Rudraksh.
2. Engage with clients both online (via email, chat or calls) and offline (at exhibitions and events).
3. Educate clients on the benefits and significance of different types of Rudraksh.
4. Attend and represent the company at exhibitions and events worldwide.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rudraksh and spiritual practices.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Participate in training sessions provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Strong interest or background in spiritual practices, particularly in the use of Rudraksh.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to engage with clients in a compassionate and understanding manner.
4. Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events worldwide (travel expenses covered by the company).
5. Prior experience in a similar role or in spiritual counseling is a plus but not mandatory.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
