Key responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of the STEAM Lab, utilizing hands-on methods to manage equipment and resources effectively.
2. Inspire students by leading projects in robotics, coding, 3D printing, Arduino circuits, and other innovative technologies.
3. Lead students through various projects and competitions, providing personalized assistance to those who require additional help.
4. Develop innovative lesson plans that promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
5. Demonstrate strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with students
6. Show dedication to the role by being punctual and maintaining a consistent presence at the school or STEAM Lab, as per the scheduled hours.
7. Exhibit a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds in a STEAM-focused environment.
