Student Success Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective students and guide them through the Leap Scholar learning journey, providing a detailed explanation of the portal and app features
2. Educate and encourage students about the benefits of referring Leap Scholar to others through referral marketing
3. Manage learner relationships and ensure their satisfaction for customer success
4. Address and close tickets raised by students within defined turnaround times for escalation management
5. Manage deferral requests as an alternative to refunds under the deferral policy
6. Ensure timely collection of 2nd and 3rd installment payments from students who have missed their due dates

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Freshers can apply)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Prior experience in sales and marketing
4. Strong customer service orientation
5. Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
6. Problem-solving skills for escalation management
7. Proficiency in handling payment collection processes
