The studio operations & booking manager is responsible for managing all bookings and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of a creative studio that hosts photo/video shoots, small events, press conferences, and serves as a content hub.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking management: Handle client inquiries, manage the studio calendar, process contracts/payments, and provide studio tours.
2. Operations & maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully equipped; oversee repairs, inventory, and compliance with safety regulations.
3. Client support: Coordinate with clients to meet their needs during shoots or events and provide on-site assistance.
4. Marketing & partnerships: Promote the studio through social media and maintain relationships with industry professionals for repeat business.
5. Financial oversight: Track revenue, manage budgets, and report financial performance.
6. Team supervision: Oversee and train staff for maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks.
Note: This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, ensuring both clients and the studio's operations run efficiently.
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,10,000 /year
