About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates
2. Candidate screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
3. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers
4. Candidate assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role
5. Offer management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed
6. Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
7. Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Note:

1. Role: Talent acquisition associate (TA)
2. Model: Traineeship + PPO (pre-placement offer)
3. Traineeship duration: 3-4 months (remuneration: INR 15,000-20,000/month)
4. PPO package: INR 5 LPA

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
