Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate at our Coimbatore location. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our team, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill)
Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates capabilities
Proficiency in talent pipelining to identify and nurture potential candidates
Ability to develop and promote employer branding initiatives
Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet recruitment objectives

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create suitable job descriptions
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in negotiating offers and closing positions in a timely manner
Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice
Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and a smooth transition into their roles
