Talent Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Talent acquisition refers to the sequence of reviewing and acquiring appropriate and skilled individuals for the needs of the client organization. As a member of this wing, you would be responsible for end to end recruitment process by analysing, understanding & managing clients' requirements. A street smart person who has an essence of good understanding & reason logically & can read human mind-set well along-with good presence of mind. We expect you to be passionate and driven, adaptable and enthusiastic, motivated and result driven.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end to end recruitment process
2. Recruitment across bottom, middle & top levels
3. Sourcing & screening candidate's profiles through various means like job portals, headhunting, references, social networking, etc.
4. Matching the relevancy of candidates profiles with the requirements being shared by the clients
5. Managing coordination, sharing updates & following up with the candidates
6. Responsible for complete process from sourcing the candidates to scheduling interviews to negotiation & all the necessary coordination till joining of the candidates
7. Responsible of maintaining data, creating reports & error free MIS
