Talent Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the executive-level hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Collaborate with managers to understand their requirements & develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the right talent
3. Use various recruitment channels, like Internshala, Linkedin, Indeed, and Naukri
4. Maintain the HR database and candidate tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment metrics
5. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
