Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire recruitment life-cycle, including identifying open positions, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers and salaries, and finalizing closures.
2. Sourcing highly relevant profiles quickly from various sources, such as databases, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Conducting portal and database searches, headhunting, competitor mapping, and other techniques for niche and hard-to-hire skills.
4. Mapping industry and organizations to identify and attract available talent in the market.
