Sourcing and recruiting qualied candidates Relevant to the requirement. Must have strong follow up skills and Database/ pool creation for all ongoing and upcoming job requirements. Maintaining reports and database of candidates. Must be exible enough to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously. Organise and attend job fairs, Campus recruitment drives and recruitment events, whenever required.
