LMDmax is hiring a dedicated US recruiter for night shifts, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting professionals, managing high-volume calls, and overseeing the entire recruitment process. This role involves making 100-150 calls daily during peak time and onboarding qualified candidates for non-IT roles across the US.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and evaluate non-IT candidates based on client requirements.
2. Conduct 100-150 US calls per day to engage with potential candidates.
3. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
4. Collaborate with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
5. Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
7. Use tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage recruitment activities.
8. Negotiate compensation packages, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
9. Onboard selected candidates and ensure alignment with client expectations.

i. EST: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM or PST: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM.

Skills and qualifications:
1. 0-3 years of experience in US non-IT recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and hiring processes.
3. Experience with high-volume recruitment, handling 100-150 calls per day.
4. Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST).
7. Strong English communication skills.
