About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on talent sourcing and attraction:
i. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top non-IT talent.
ii. Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to find
and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong network of non-IT professionals.
2. Work on candidate management:
i. Conduct thorough pre-screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
ii. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
iii. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Work on recruitment administration:
i. Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and job status.
ii. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance. Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and procedures.
4. Work on market research and trend analysis:
i. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in non-IT recruitment.
ii. Conduct market research to understand competitive compensation packages and job market trends.
5. Work on brand representation:
i. Represent Skillkart at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.
ii. Promote Skillkart's employer brand and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.

Job location:

1. Head office: Ludhiana (branches: Noida, Delhi, Bangalore, and Ludhiana)
