Talent Acquisition Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify the manpower requirement across the three major verticals at EazyGrad i.e. sales, lateral business function, and marketing
2. Source and attract top talent through various channels
3. Perform CV vetting and screen the profiles as per our job requirements
4. Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with the interviewers and interviewees
5. Develop and promote the employer brand to attract candidates
6. Negotiate salaries and drive candidate closures
7. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
8. Prepare and distribute orientation materials and facilitate orientation and induction sessions
9. Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations
10. Update the ATS with all recruitment metrics regularly and analyze data to optimize processes
11. Prepare reports on recruitment activity for management review
12. Conduct probation feedback sessions every month and complete the post-probation evaluation process
