Teacher Fresher Job

Are you passionate about teaching and adept at English proficiency? Pathashaala (PCFL-KFI) is looking for dynamic Teachers (whom we call Educator-Learners) to join our team! As a Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English skills.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to find innovative teaching strategies and resources.
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth learning experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in English language teaching.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your own teaching skills and knowledge.
